MagFleet operates as the central control layer for multi-robot coordination and execution.
With Magfleet, one operator can automate and coordinate a full fleet of SESTO AMRs by assigning jobs, avoiding traffic, and moving materials exactly where they’re needed.
Our Solutions
Comprehensive solution for seamless robotic system management.
Mission
Design, launch, and scale robot missions with confidence. Mission lets you turn real operational goals into intelligent automation from simple transport to complex, multi-step workflows with logic, triggers, and conditions built in.
Standardize what works and adapt when things change.
Fleet
Fleet gives you real-time command over every robot, every task, and every movement. Assign work dynamically, prevent traffic conflicts, manage charging automatically, and control shared resources like doors and lifts from a single live dashboard.
The result: Higher throughput and a fleet that runs itself.
Navigation Software
Our priorietary AI-drive Fleet Management System enables optimisation of payload delivery in both healthcare and manufacturing environment. It orchestrates and prioritises the deliveries that matter to you; delivering reliability and efficiency daily.
Sesto’s AMRs use laser SLAM to build and maintain a high-precision map of your site, localizing within millimeters without floor markers. The lidar continuously matches live scans to the map, so routes stay reliable even when layouts shift or aisles crowd up. Map updates are versioned and deployable with zero downtime, enabling quick reconfiguration for new lines or temporary works.
Forward-facing depth cameras significantly enhance safety and navigation by providing a rich 3D perspective that complements traditional lidar.
This 3D view allows the system to recognize challenging obstacles often missed by 2D sensors, such as low, OR overhanging dynamic objects especially in the healthcare and manufacturing sector, where such obstructions are spotted along the paths. By fusing 3D depth data with laser inputs, the system improves edge-case handling for things like open-legged carts, unusually high pallets, or partially obscured obstacles. The result is safer navigation in dynamic environments and smoother docking performance.
Safety scanners create intelligent protection fields that expand or shrink with speed and turning radius, stopping the AMR before contact. Vision and lidar work together to detect people, trolleys, and floor hazards in real time, with conservative behaviors (slow/stop/seek path) when scenes are uncertain. All events are logged for traceability and continuous tuning.
Sesto’s robots automatically adjust their speed based on the environment, slowing down near people, doors, and in tight corners, and accelerating on open, straight paths. Throughput remains consistent without compromising safety or comfort in mixed-traffic areas. Customization is possible through policies that can be set for specific zones (e.g., quiet areas in wards, shared corridors), and these policies can also account for factors like payload, slope, and floor conditions.
Fleet Manager
A centralized fleet management platform for monitoring, dispatching, and optimizing every robot in real time.
The fleet manager is the intelligent software layer that translates business orders into actionable robot tasks, effectively coordinating the entire mobile robot workforce. Functioning like air-traffic control, it makes real-time decisions on robot assignments and manages traffic flow. It continuously monitors every mission, battery status, job queue, and system constraint to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Gain comprehensive oversight with a single live map that displays every robot, route, station, and active alert. Quickly access detailed information on status, battery life, task progress, and recent events. This centralized view empowers operators with clarity and provides supervisors with complete control.
Prevent jams or deadlocks, even during peak volume, with an intelligent system that uses right-of-way rules, reservations, and one-way segments. The system intelligently coordinates merges, spaces robots, and arbitrates narrow corridors.
MagFleet dynamically manages these missions by assigning the most suitable robot based on real-time factors like location, battery level, and queue cost. Should conditions change, reassignment occurs instantly. The system also captures exceptions and provides clear recovery actions. Missions are generated from orders received from WMS/MES/HIS, complete with priorities, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and destinations.
Design complete, automated workflows using Behavioral Trees, (including pick, buffer, and process) incorporating customizable timers, triggers, and conditional logic. Achieve consistency by applying reusable templates across different lines, shifts, and facilities. Implement a single update and deploy it universally.
Maintain high robot availability without interrupting production through intelligent charging. Robots charge opportunistically, staggering their cycles and honoring designated “do not charge” periods. Charging policies are dynamically adjusted based on real-time factors like demand, state-of-charge (SOC), and charger availability.
Maintain versioned maps with zones, keep-outs, and speed settings. Publish changes safely with staged rollouts and rollback. Map edits are audited so facilities and safety teams stay aligned.
Establish your operational map with interconnected nodes and edges, encompassing all key points like stations, buffers, doors, and lifts, as well as the paths linking them. This underlying graph is crucial for intelligent functionalities, enabling optimal routing decisions, dynamic detours to bypass obstructions, and efficient queue management at high-traffic drop-off locations.
MagFleet arbitrates shared resources so only one robot owns a door or lift at a time. It signals open/close or call/dispatch via PLC/API/IoT, with timeouts and retries. Safe, fast, and audit-ready.
Comprehensive dashboards displaying key metrics like on-time percentage, success percentage, utilization, and queue wait times, along with helpful heatmaps. For audits and continuous improvement, users can easily export detailed logs of runs, alarms, and maintenance.
Connect mixed fleets under one manager using open standards. MagFleet speaks VDA 5050 for orders and telemetry, and integrates with RMF/RoMi-H style coordination where sites require it. Different robots, one set of rules, one pane of glass.
